A townhouse in the very pretty village of Agua Amarga – a traditional Spanish fishing village situated in a quiet and sheltered bay with a magnificent 800m long beach of fine sand and just 35mins drive from Almeria Airport in SE Spain and 25mins drive to Mojacar. Agua Amarga offers walking in the stunning Cabo de Gato Nature Reserve, water skiing, jet skiing, swimming, fishing, diving, boating and yachting.
You will feel the fresh and relaxed atmosphere among its 250 inhabitants. In this magic place, mixing the modern with traditional, you can forget clocks and alarms. Far from tourist centres, Agua Amarga preserves its pretty architecture, walls of immaculate white and transparent clear waters. This is a divine place to take a relaxing holiday and forget the rest of the world.

The
landscape is spectacular – very different from the rest of Spain – with its
virgin coastline, its hidden coves with fine sands, turquoise waters as well as
its mountains inland.
Set
within the Cabo de Gato Nature Reserve, which extends 30kms along the coast it
has a Mediterranean sub-desert climate with an annual average temperature of
about 20 degrees, (the water 17 degrees) the warmest and driest in Europe.
The property sleeps 6/8 people and comprises 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, cloakroom, living room with dining area, fully fitted kitchen and various terraces. There is a terrace from the lounge, terrace from the master bedroom and a basement patio with gateway, outside shower and utility area (complete with “Saivod” washing machine). Parking is by way of an underground garage. You will be within walking distance of the sea, shops and restaurants.
