A word from the Director, Mr Ric Polansky
Naturally over the last 30 years we have constructed thousands of homes, it is our basic profession. When we arrived there was nothing here to begin with. New home construction has an advantage over buying an established home. First and foremost, the quality has improved over the years. Such items include insulation, copper tubing, special electrical wiring, aluminium doors; and windows that don't need yearly painting and maintenance like wooden ones; and sturdier tiles have all improved over the years.
Furthermore a new construction triples in value whereas if you're buying an already established home the chances are you're probably paying "top dollar" and therefore your house won't increase or appreciate as much as it should.
Basically we sell a "package" (see Sales). That is, the client makes an initial deposit, and our team will come up with two different designs, both are included with the package price. Usually the wife prefers the Kitchens a little bit bigger and the husband maybe the Bedrooms a little bit smaller, for example.
Nevertheless once we have agreed on the final price the project is then considered a package and therefore no changes will be implemented from that point forward unless agreed upon by both parties in writing (please refer to our building codes and contract sections).
