RENTAL PRICES & DATES
I sincerely thank you and welcome your inquiry regarding the possibility of renting a Villa or an Apartment here in
Mojacar, the Corner of Enchantment that boasts no less than 323 days of sunshine per year.
Mojacar, as you have probably already read in all the Tourist Brochures, is indeed a very special and unique place. Likewise our Rental and Management Company El OJO is different also in the sense that we realise how valuable a client's precious vacation time is, and to that end we are a service company to supply the utmost facilities to enable you to enjoy yourselves.
Our properties range from Studio Apartments to luxury 3 Bedroom Villas with Pool. Most essential is the time period that you want to be here; i.e. High Season, or off peak periods.

All of Our Apartments and Villas come fully furnished and equipped with good quality bed linen and bath towels; all kitchens are fully equipped with refrigerator, oven with hob and washing machine.
Cots and highchairs are available for a small fee.
